aux nuages welcomes the new season with a Spring Colors Wine Tasting on Saturday April 15. We introduce two newly arrived Rosé wines - Rosine from Chateau Fabre-Gasparets in Corbieres and the Cuvée des Ambassadeurs Rosé Champagne from Comtes de Dampierre.
This is the first vintage for Rosine, a Cinsault-driven blend. Finished in barrel for good body and complexity, it is a very elegant gastronomic wine that can be enjoyed in all seasons.
Comtes de Dampierre is very proud of their Cuvée des Ambassadeurs Rosé, recently awarded one of 5 top Rosé Master awards from a field of 160 entries.
