４月22日のワイン試飲会は、スペイン北部のガリシアワインに深く浸って頂けるプログラムです。
世界でも最高級のシーフードのソースとして長い間愛されていたこの緑豊かな雨の多い地域は、最高級の白ワインの産地として高い評判を得ています。
シーフードを愛する人々を満足させる素晴らしいミネラルワインは、ガリシアの大西洋の涼しい海でとれた魚介類と理想的なマッチです。そしてその多くは日本に輸出されています！
白ワインはAlbariño、Treixadura、Godello、Loureiraなどの品種を特徴とし、Mencia、Caiño、Souson、Brancellaoのライト・ミディアム・ボディ・レッドを補完しています。
ポルトガルの国境近くのドウロ地域からの豊かな赤ワインを補い、ガリシアの5つの小地域の内の3つを代表するワイン、計13-14種類の高品質ワインを開けて皆様をお待ちしております。
