Our next wine tasting event focuses on wines with a warming character, suitable for the winter season.
There will be something for everyone at this event, as we pour an eclectic assortment of wines from Spain, France, and Portugal appropriate to this season.
The roster will be dominated by fuller bodied reds from the south of France, Ribera del Duero in Spain, and the Douro and Alentejo regions of Portugal. However white wine fanciers need not despair - the number of white wines will be limited, but they will be among our richest and most elegant selections.
As is typical for our wine tastings, the wines will originate primarily from small artisanal producers. Typically our producers have a pronounced ecological focus, and many embrace organic and biodynamic viticulture.
You can expect to try 14-15 wines at this event, representing a balance between white, red, and fortified styles. Subject to availability, the wines will be available for purchase on the spot, or can be shipped anywhere in Japan.

2月の試飲会は、冬に適した、身体を温める特徴を持つワインに焦点を当ててご紹介いたします。
この季節にふさわしいワインを、スペイン、フランス、そしてポルトガルを取り混ぜてご試飲して頂きます。
フランス南部、スペインのリベラ・デル・ドゥエロ、そしてポルトガルのドウロとアレンテージョ地方の豊かな赤ワインを取り揃えております。これを聞いて、白ワインがおすきな人も絶望する必要はありません - 冬にお楽しみいただける白ワインの数は限られているでしょうが、その中から豊かでエレガントな素晴らしい冬に楽しめる白ワインもご紹介いたします。
オ・ヌワージュは主に手作りの小規模生産者からのワインを取り扱っています。これらの生産者は生態学的に配慮し、多くは有機栽培とバイオダイナミック栽培を取り入れています。試飲会ではこれらのワインがどのように作られているかもお話しいたします。
試飲会では14〜15種類のワインをお試しいただく予定です。試飲会に参加いただいた方は、お試し頂いたワインを特別価格でご購入可能です。
このイベントは15人の参加者に限られていることに注意してください。
